Kégresse M-23

In 1923, the French engineer Adolphe Kégresse, who returned to France in 1917 after his expulsion from the USSR where he lived from 1905, presented this half-track model. The vehicle was built with the collaboration of the Citroën company and the Schneider armament factory. Citroën contributed its B2 / 10HP engine that was mounted on a Schneider armored hull, which was powered by the P4 caterpillar mechanism from Kégresse. The whole set resulted in the AMC M.23 Citroën-Kégresse. The vehicle was armed with a 37mm gun or a machine gun. Very few examples were made and although some were still in service at the beginning of WWII, they were totally obsolete and their military value was null.
