Pakistan’s arms race against India is based on action-reaction policy and it is curious how on April 11, 1999 India announced its new Agni II missile and on the 14th of that same month, Pakistan made a firing test of the new Ghauri II missile, something really amazing. The test consisted of launching a missile from Punjab to a target located 1,150km away on the Balochistan coast.
