MGS-25 ALEKSANDAR 155mm self-propelled howitzer

During the Partner 2017 Defense Exhibition, the Serbian company Yugoimport SDPR unveiled the prototype of a new 155/52mm wheeled self-propelled howitzer called “MGS-25 Aleksandar”. This system consists of a fully automated weapon module mounted on an 8×8 mobile platform. The howitzer is loaded, aimed, and fired from the armored cabin without the crew having to leave the vehicle. Although this new artillery system follows in the footsteps of the previous Nora B-52 self-propelled howitzer family, it has been designed as a completely new system, with a higher degree of automation that allows it to operate more autonomously than its predecessors.
