KMW MUNGO ESK

Mungo ESK airborne armoured truck is specially designed to support paratroopers units. This is a highly mobile and light vehicle protected against light arms fire and artillery splinters. This armored truck was designed by tKrauss-Maffei-Wegmann and Rheinmetall companies and has been deployed by German Bundeswehr units in some international peacekeeping missions such Afghanistan and the Republic of Congo. Currently, four variants of the Mungo are offered: “Mungo Group vehicle”, for personnel transport missions, “Mungo Multipurpose vehicle” for cargo transport tasks, “Mungo N/C reconnaissance” for detection of contaminated environments and ” Mungo Large Capacity vehicle” with closed and armored cabin.
