AeroVironment SWITCHBLADE 300
At the end of 2012 the first Switchblade/ Switchblade 300 loitering munition were delivered to the US Forces deployed in Afghanistan. This UAS was intended to attack concentrations of insurgents during ambushes, entrenched or well-hidden troops, and IED placement teams in a fast and effective manner.
